This subroutine is used for user-defined boundary values, characterized by the parameter USER on the *BOUNDARY card. It is called for all degrees of freedom except for degree of freedom 0 or 11 (i.e. temperature). In the latter case the routine utemp.f is called (cf. Section 8.4.8).
